The Advanced RCO Bootcamp is a comprehensive training designed to support Recovery Community Organizations in strengthening internal systems, leadership practices, and long term sustainability. This course is intended for organizations that are ready to move beyond foundational development and examine how their structures, processes, and leadership operate in practice.
The course focuses on core areas that support effective and accountable peer led organizations, including board development and governance, nonprofit fiscal management, service tracking and data integration, program evaluation, and strategic planning. Together, these areas reflect the systems and decision making structures that support organizational stability, growth, and impact.
Throughout the course, the term advanced refers to a shift in focus rather than increased complexity. Emphasis is placed on strategy over scramble, systems over hustle, and leadership over firefighting. Participants are encouraged to reflect on how intentional planning, clear roles, and aligned systems can strengthen their organization and support long term success.
This course is designed to support learning, reflection, and practical application that can be adapted to each organization’s context, capacity, and stage of development.
