Welcome to Built to Last: Organizational Health Framework
Just as individual wellness focuses on the whole person, organizational wellness focuses on the whole organization. It encompasses the soundness of your organization, the well-being of your staff and volunteers, the quality of your community and collaborative relationships, and the services you deliver.
In the past, organizations focused on meeting individual wellness needs without considering the workplace environment. But if an organization is unhealthy, its individuals will struggle to maintain their own wellness. This course takes a whole-organization approach.
